Creators

Can I change my store name?


Yes! To change your store name, please:
 
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on "My Account"
  3. Then click on "Creator Profile"





Once you are done, click "Submit".




Can I have access to my buyers' emails?

To protect the privacy of our customers we dο not make their emails accessible via Ematheon for the creators.  If a buyer wishes to come into contact with you via a comment on Ematheon, you can reply to him/her via Ematheon.

Can I offer a bundle of products at a lower price, which I already offer separately?

Yes, you can. You can create a bundle of value-priced products and tell prospective buyers that there are separate ones but they are better off buying them together.

  

Can I respond to feedback on my resources?

Yes. Once logged in, you have the ability to respond to individual comments on your resources, enabling you to connect with your customers and offer support or guidance. Please note all responses are public.

Go to "my account" and click on "Reviews" at the Creator's section.

You will see a list of all the reviews for your products. Click on the magnifying glass next to each product.

Under the review write your response and click submit.






Can you remove a review or a comment that the buyer left?

Reviews sometimes can cause confusion and worry to the creators. Ematheon is an open marketplace that encourages buyers to leave comments that they feel are appropriate for the product they have downloaded.

Ematheon  can delete comments that are:

Technical. I.e. The user doesn't know how to download or doesn't use the correct software etc.

Offensive comments or comments that use inappropriate language.

Spam comments that are used for advertising or make no sense.

If the comment doesn 't fall in one of the above criteria then we must leave it.

How do I create a creator account?

After signing up for Ematheon, you'll need to follow the steps below:




1. At the top of your page on the left, select "My Account".

2. Scroll down and select "Create new seller account" as shown below.



        3.  At the bottom of your page, you will find a form that you need to fill in and click "continue".




Click on submit in order for your account to be approved. It might take a working day to be approved.




You will be able to use your account as soon as it is approved by Ematheon.



How do I delete or unpublish a product?

Please, follow the steps to delete a product:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click on "My Account"

3. Then click on "Products"

4. Click on x on the product you want to delete.



How do I kow if my store is active? (approved)

1. Go toy your account and select creator's profile.

2. At the top of the profile you can check if your account is active.

If it is active, it will state in green letters that your account is active. Otherwise it will state inactive.



How do I receive the proceeds of my sales?

Following the steps below you can see a detailed record of your sales,

1. Select "My Account"

2. Click on "Dashboard"

3. There you will find your sales and your last payouts

 

Note that to get paid you have to have at least 10 euros proceeds.

 

4. To get paid you need to enter your payment details.

  • For this go to "My account",
  • click "settings".
  • click "payments"

5. Choose if you wish to get paid through bank deposit or via PayPal. For bank transfer, you need to enter your IBAN details. For Paypal, you need to enter your Paypal address.






 




Please have in mind that, if you choose a bank deposit you may have to pay for the transfer fees. Through PayPal, the transfer will take place every end of the month even if the sale was made at the beginning of the month.

 

If there is a money transfer error, you may not have added an address as it is mandatory for you to receive your money. If this is the problem, please go to the settings and add your address.

How do I reply to questions about my products?

1. Go to your account.

2. Click on "Questions" at the Creator section.

3. A list of all the questions the users submitted for your products will appear here. To view a question, click on the magnifying glass icon.

4. A new page will open where you will be able to reply. Once you are done, click "Submit".






I worked on a content with a friend. Can we both post the content to our profiles?

No. To help avoid Buyer confusion, resources should be posted in a single profile only. If you’ve worked on a resource in collaboration with another creator, please post the content in only one of your profiles.

My content can be used by multiple grade levels. Can I post it twice?

If your content can be used by multiple grade levels, designate that clearly in the product description and tag multiple grade levels when you’re uploading the product. To help avoid Buyer confusion please don’t post the same content in your store more than once.

 

If there are important differences that make the content truly aligned to a different audience, please post it as two separate contents and clearly outline the differences in your content description. 

Which is the creator's percentage from every sale?

The percentage the creator gets from every sale is 60%.

Who creates and shares the content on Ematheon?

The content can be shared by anyone who is registered on Ematheon.  Most of the creators are in the Educational field.  For example we may have teachers, professors, lecturers.  However you may find services from other companies or teams.

Can I sell physical goods on Ematheon?

Only digital products can be sold on Ematheon.

Downloading Contect

From where do I download the product I bought?

Go to the section “my account” that is located on the upper part of the home page. In the section “Customer” click on “Downloads”.


Υou will see a list with all the files you have purchased.  Εvery file has on its right side an icon for downloading. Click on the icon to download the file you wish. Please note that a product you 've purchased might have more than one files to download. Make sure you have downloaded all the files.



How do i download a product?

To download a product, you must have an Ematheon account. If you don't have one, you can create by hovering over the account icon and then select "register" from the drop down menu. You can create an account by clicking here.



Find the product you want. By hovering over the price, the cart image and text will show up. Click on it to add the product to the shopping cart. Alternative, you can visit the product page and click "add to cart".




Your product will be added to the cart. To complete the "purchase" (we use the term "purchase", even if the product is free), click on the cart up right to see the products in the cart.



Click on the "Checkout" button. We remind you that if the product is free, you don't have to pay anything.


Wait for the page to load to complete the order. Here you will see your address. Click on the continue button.

If the content is free the "free purchase will be selected".


Otherwise the Paypal Express option will be selected and once you confirm the order, you will checkout via PayPal or credit card (if you don't use PayPal)



Remember to check the box "Terms & Conditions". Press "Continue".



Press "Confirm Order".



On the new page click on the link "Downloads" to download the product files.



Alternative, any time you can click on the account icon and from the drop down menu select "Downloads".




How do I save on my device the product I purchased?

Go to the section “my account” that is located on the upper part of the home page. In the section “Customer”  click on “downloads”.

Υou will see a list with all the files you have purchased.  Εvery product has on its right side an icon for downloading. Click on the icon to download the file you wish.  in the Pop-Up window click “save as”. In case the download window does not open, right click the icon and select from the list the choice "save link as".

Choose the folder where you wish to save the product and click “save”.

 

To open the file you have downloaded go to the folder where you saved it. Double click on the file to open it. 

Do I have to register with the website to download content?

Yes. By creating an account you are able to shop quicker,  get updates on your current order and look up previous orders.

Can I rate and comment on a resource anonymously?

Your username will be visible. It is important that comments and reviews are left by a traceable user, so we can contact you with any further information.

Also, this will result in your comments or reviews being taken more seriously by other users.


How do I rate and review a resource?

To rate and review a source, you must be logged in with a username and password and have already purchased the product you wish to rate.

 

 

1. Select "My Account" and click on the "Order History" at the Client section.




2. Next, you will see a list of all the products you have purchased. Click on the button "Leave feedback" next to the product you wish to rate.




3. Select the Score you want for the product. To rate go to the bottom of the page.



Once you are done, click on submit feedback.


I can’t download a file

Most of the time, download issues are temporary and related to an unreliable network connection or browser connection issue that interrupts your download. If you see an error message about the network connection, you should refresh your browser and try again in a few minutes. The issue will often resolve itself.

If you’re trying to download on a school computer, it’s also worth remembering that some schools restrict downloading. If that's the case, you'll need to download your file at home instead and save it onto a USB drive or email it to yourself.

You can also try right-clicking on the download link and saving to your desktop. If you’re still having trouble with the download, contact us for assistance, contact@ematheon.io.

What if I can't open a file?

First things first: Make sure the file you want to open has downloaded completely. Large files vary in how long they take to download, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection. Bundles in particular often consist of large Zip files that may take longer to download.

 

Also, if you’re using a school computer, it’s worth remembering that some schools have downloading restrictions. If you're having problems opening a file at school, you should contact a network administrator or attempt to download and open the file from your home computer.

 

If your file has finished downloading, but still won't open, the next steps depend on the kind of file it is and on your computer and software.

 Specify the type of file.
If the file you are trying to open is a zip, please read this question: How do I open a zip file?
In the technical questions, you can find more information about zip, pdf, notebook and flp files.

If nothing's working, it's possible that the file is corrupted or there's some other issue with it. In that case, the Seller will need to re-upload the resource. You can leave a question for the Creator by going to the product page and clicking on the "Contact this seller".

 

Note: Please avoid leaving negative ratings or comments for a seller if a file won’t open. Wait for the seller to reply. If the seller doesn't reply, contact us at contact@ematheon.io

How much does it cost to join Ematheon?

Using the platform is free.  By signing up you have access to educational content and you can download free content.

If you are interested, you can buy content.

What is Ematheon?

Ematheon is a platform where you can upload your teaching resources. You can download digital content and use it with your students.

It's a place where you can find fantastic ideas and developed professionally.

Who creates and shares the content on Ematheon?

The content can be shared by anyone who is registered on Ematheon.  Most of the creators are in the Educational field.  For example, we may have teachers, professors, lecturers.  However, you may find services from other companies or teams. 



Why should I sell my teaching resources?

This is the most common question that we receive for reluctant educators…

 Before we move on let\'s clear out that this post is about educators that are in the process of creating content or are thinking about creating content.  Of course, there are educators that simply do not have the time to create content because of their family or for other personal reasons.

 Let\'s start with an observation.  Usually, there is a small circle of creative educators that creates content isolated and it is enough for them to share their content with their colleagues inside schools.


 Many times the same content is repeated by other educators in different places and at a different time while precious resources are forgotten inside hard discs.

 The recipients of this situation are the students and in the end of the day what we do, we do it for our students but also for ourselves.  Even if not all educators enjoy creating content, there are those that always search for something different and because they do not find that different thing they look for, they create it. 


 But there is so much free content!

 And our answer is:  there will always be!  The reason is that out there  are educators that want to share their content (It\'s an honour for them).  However, they are not obliged to focus on the content’s appearance or  mistakes or if something is missing and as a result, the time that the other educator spends to locate this content and download it for free, turns out  to be the same with the time that he will have spent to create the content from scratch.  Of course there will always be exclusions.

 Think about uploading your content as a free resource.  What is your attitude and reaction towards the content?

 Imagine that they inform you that your colleagues will be able to buy your content.

 What will you notice when you upload it?  Would you change something? Would you add something?  Immediately our stance changes towards these questions. 


I\'m afraid to sell my content.

 The feeling you have is absolutely natural.  See this a challenge to develop, to evolve.  Besides, if you use your content with your own students, then probably many educators will use it for their own students.  However, if you do not use it then it might not be useful for the rest educators.

There is some basic stuff that you have to keep in mind when you create content.  The educator that sells the content has to take care of the appearance and mistakes and also explain how she uses the content.  The content has a purpose, has some learning targets to achieve. Usually, there should be a short introductory note and perhaps some photos of how the content is used.

My Account

Can I change my password?

Yes.

At the Home page go to "My account",

Click "change password".

Type in your new password

then type it again to confirm

and click continue.


Can I change the email address I use on Ematheon?

Go to the home page and click on “my account” In the upper right corner.  Then,  click on “edit information”. In the email field delete your old email and type your new email.  Click continue.  This way you will have changed your email.

How do I cancel my account?

We\'re sorry to hear that you want to leave.

please have in mind that if you cancel your account you will not be able to download content that you have already bought. Neither will you be able to download content.

To cancel your account,  send us an email to contact@ematheon.io   telling us that you wish to cancel your account.  it is very important to send us an email from the email address that you use on a Ematheon.  We will deeply appreciate it if you explain to us the reason you\'re leaving.

How do I login to my account?

On the home page, click on login or the head icon and then from the drop down menu choose "Login".

Enter your email and password and press enter.




In case you forgot your password, click on "Forgotten Password" and follow the steps for changing your password.


I cannot login. What shall I do?

If you have type in your email and  your password in the login page but you still have the problem, then make sure to check the list below:

• Check your keyboard to see if you have activated the capslock.  For example, if your password is in small letters but you type in capitals, then you won\'t be able to log in.

• If you use copy paste for your password, then make sure you are not pasting extra spaces. 

•  Your entrance may be prevented by your antivirus system.  In this case, check if you can log in from a different device.

• if you\'re trying to log in from a school computer, then the school firewall may be preventing you from logging in.  Try to log in from a device outside of school.

• Make sure the language is set in the same language that your password is written.  For example,  your device is set to the Greek language, while your password is in English.

In case that the problem still persists,  follow the “forgotten password” process.

I do not wish to receive newsletters from Ematheon. What should I do?

Go to the home page and click on “my account” In the upper right corner.  At the secton "My account" click on “newsletter”. Under  “newsletter subscription” check the “No”  choice and then click ”continue”.  This way you will not receive newsletter from us. 

I've lost my password. What should I do?

Go to the home page and click “login”.   In the new window click “forgotten password”.




Type your email address and press “continue” 

An email with a link will be sent to you which you have to visit, to enter your new password.

Subscribe or not?

If you subscribe to Ematheon, we will send you newsletters or discounts that you may be interested in.

Purchase

How do I purchase a product?

If you wish to purchase a product, simply click on the button "add to cart".

The product will automatically be added to your cart.



To complete  the order simply go to your cart and click "checkout".

To buy with credit card  or Paypal, choose "Credit or Debit Card" (At the next step you will be given the choice to pay withPaypal). Follow the steps and complete the order. To download your product go to  downloads.




Where can I find the receipts for my purchases?

After your purchase, we will automatically send you an email.

If you cannot find the email, check your junk/spam folder.


How do I add a question about a product?

Go to the product page and click on "Questions".


Scroll down until you find the Question section.

Add your question and click submit.




Which payment Gateway do you use to buy or sell products?


For the purchase or selling of products, you can use Coingate (for Cryptocurrencies), any card via Paypal or with a bank account.

If you want via a bank account, the transfer won't be done immediately (it depends on how long the bank will need to process the transaction), and there may be transaction fees.

Why is my credit card not being accepted when I attempt to check out?

If you’re having trouble when checking out with a credit or debit card, you’ll want to make sure that all of the card details you\'re entering are correct and current, including the billing address and CVV security code from the back of the card.


If you’re sure the details are correct, we recommend waiting a little while and then trying again.


If the transaction is failing on repeated attempts, there is a chance that the bank is declining the transaction because they suspect online fraud, or because there are not enough funds in your bank account. In that case, you might want to contact the bank to see if they can give you any information about your transactions.

What do I do if a Seller does not respond to my question?

Since Ematheon is an open marketplace and creators provide their services and content as their own time allows, we aren\'t able to force a response from a creator or demand edits/updates to a creator 's content. It's possible that the creator just doesn't have enough time to give to their store right now.


If you’re asking for edits or hoping to get different content or a different file format, we recommend shopping around in other Ematheon stores to see if you can find what you’re looking for.


If your question is about content that was mentioned in the product description but appears to be missing, or you’re experiencing a technical issue that is keeping you from using the content, please contact us at contact@ematheon.io and describe the problem so we can assist you.

Can I ask a refund for teaching resources that I have bought on Ematheon?

At Ematheon the majority of the teaching resources are digital.  for this reason, all the sales of digital content,  are considered non-refundable. Refunds for digital content can take place under the  following circumstances:

• The resource you have downloaded is corrupted or the resource doesn't exist.

• The description of the product and the Photos that accompany it do not match with the resource you have downloaded. (All  request are subject to review by Ematheon).

• You cannot access the resource because there are technical requirements which were not specified in the product description.  For example, the product description does not specify that the resource is only used with the interactive whiteboard,  while you had the impression that it was a PDF file.

• You have accidentally purchased the product twice.

• The author has accidentally uploaded another file.

Requests for a refund or credits must be submitted within 15 days of the date of purchase. If your purchase falls into one of the above categories, you can apply for a refund.

Go to your "account"

In the Customer section, click Order History



Find the content you want to return and click on "Return items"



Make sure you put your content name and why you want a refund.

Can Ematheon save my credit card information so I don't have to reenter it each time I shop?


PayPal or Jcc (depending on which of the two you chose) handles Ematheon's credit card transactions. We don't have access to your credit card info.

 

Uploading Content

How do I upload a product?

To upload a product, you have to create a creator's account. To create a creator account, simply go to the homepage and click "my account". Then click on "create a new creator account"



To upload a product, go to the homepage and click “my account”.

Then, in the section “creator” click on “my products” and then click “add a new product”.



This will lead you to the uploading page where you will have to follow the instructions to upload your product.

There you will have to follow the instructions to upload your product.

Make sure to add the product title and description in both languages.

In the description box write:

1) What is this content about?

2) In what form is the product. E.g. if it contains 2 pdf, a power point presentation etc. Be as specific as you can. If it's a document, write how many pages does it have.

If it is a zip file that contains various files, you need to mention this to the user.

3) How can it be used?

4) Why is it useful?


Next, fill in your price. The next step is to choose categories for your product.

Please make sure that the categories you choose are relevant to your product.

One useful category that you should always define, is the type of content. This will help users find easier the content they need.

If your content contains a power point presentation and worksheets in pdf, you should add your product in the following subcategories: a) presentations b) worksheets.


A category may have more than one subcategories. You don't have to add your resource to all the subcategories.

For example, you may wish to add your product to the Mathematics category only.


To add a new category, click on the "+" icon.



You can also add a special offer for your product, by clicking the button "+add special". In the priority column you will need to add a priority number, even if you only have one offer.

Add samples of your product in the images section. These are the images that the users see when they visit your product page. You can add up to 5 images.

If you are going to add a page from you content as a sample, it is recommenced to add a watermark across the page.

Add your product files. You can add more that one file. Just make sure each file is not bigger that 50mb.

Once you are done, click on the submit button.


You can see your new product in "Your Product" page.

To view your product click on the "magnifying glass" icon.

To modify your product click on the "pencil" icon.


Can I change or edit my resource?

Yes, you can. By following these steps you can modify or change any uploaded material:

 

1. At the top of your page, select "My Account"

2. Select "Products" and you will be taken to the page where you can find all of your uploaded products.


3. Find the product you want to change or modify and tap on the pencil.




What kind of resources can I upload on Ematheon?


Ematheon  is a marketplace for teaching resources.  This includes activities, lesson plans,  flashcards,  bulletin board resources and organization for the classroom,  audios, and videos that can be used for instruction, products that help in creating teaching resources,  like fonts images clip art and other graphics etc.

There are many types of resources that are not mentioned here. If you are in doubt if something is suitable please contact us!

What kind of resources I can not upload on Ematheon?

You cannot upload on Ematheon:

Resources that were not created by you.

Resources that lead the customers to another sales channels beside Ematheon (online store, e-commerce stores)

Resources that their main aim is not educational, or it is not about creating educational content (gifts, clothes, stolen items)

Marketing or promoting services to the creators of Ematheon

Selling/uploading the same resource more than once.

Resources for sale that are free on another site.

Offensive resources (resources that discriminate people based on race, religion, ethnicity, sex, disability, orientation) or pornographic.

I am not able to upload a resource. What should I do?

If you are unable to successfully upload a new resource file please:
1. Ensure that the file you are uploading is less than 50MB
2. Ensure that it is on our list of accepted file types
3. Ensure that your internet browser is up-to-date.

4. Ensure that you 've added a title and a description in both languages (Greek and English). Even if you product is in one language, simply copy and paste the title and description to the other language. If you don't know how, please check the faq: How do I upload a resource?

5. If you have added a special offer, make sure you have filled in the priority number to the left of the offer.


Some schools and organisations restrict uploading, so if you are trying to upload resources from work (or on a work laptop) you may need to speak to your IT Team about adjusting the restrictions or upload your file at home instead.

For thumbnail images, Ematheon supports he following file types:
 
.bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff 

What if a file I want to upload is larger than the 50mb maximum limit?

Each file cannot exceed the 50mb size limit.

What you can do is break your files into smaller pieces. You can have multiple files that exceed the 50mb in one product.

How do I create my own product thumbnails?

One good way to make your own thumbnails instead of having Ematheon add a generic image is to Open the file you’d like to showcase, then zoom out of each page. Then, take a screenshot of each page. Visit the following site for more info: Take a screenshot

Upload the resulting .png files to your Ematheon store. (Other file types are OK too: .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, and .tiff are supported as thumbnails.)

 

You will need to keep your thumbnail image files smaller than .2mb (200kb). If your files are too large, zoom out farther when you take your screenshot.

 

For Windows, there is the Snip & Sketch, which is already installed on your computer,  so you can screenshot all or part of your page.


 

Grab.app does the same on Macs.

How can I minimize the size of my image?

You can resize your images with a photo editing tool.

Windows 10 have the software Paint 3D.

Right click on an image you want to resize and choose to open with "Paint 3D". 

From the tool bar choose "Canvas".

How do I open a pdf file?

Type in a PDF file you have to have installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it for free here:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/

How do I open a ZIP file?

A ZIP file is a compressed folder containing multiple files. It allows you to transfer many files at once and takes up less storage space than the files would if they were not compressed. It's also an easy way for a Seller to distribute many files together.

 

Windows is able to open and uncompress ZIP files without additional software.

 

Here's how to open a ZIP file that you've downloaded from Ematheon.

 

If your computer runs Microsoft Windows: 


  1. Right-click on the unopened ZIP folder.
  2. Choose "Extract here" from the menu

  1. If you select "extract to", choose a destination. This is the place where you want to keep the unzipped files.
  2. Click "Extract."




You can also locate the file and extract it after downloading from Google Chrome by following these steps:

After downloading the file, locate it using the download bar at the bottom of the Google Chrome browser, and click to open the Extraction Tool.



  • Click on the button at the top of the page that says "Extract All."
  • After extraction is complete, a new folder window will open containing the files inside the ZIP. If you see a folder named _MACOSX, you can delete or ignore it. Those files are created when the ZIP is made on a Mac, and are not used by Windows.

What if I'm receiving error messages about a ZIP file?


Common error messages in Windows include: 


  • "Path too long" — The complete filename, including its location in your system, is too long. This is probably because there are nested folders in the ZIP.  Try extracting it to a new folder on your desktop, instead of in your system folders. You can move the folder later.
  • "The destination file could not be created" — This message can occur when the ZIP file is in a protected area. Try moving the ZIP file into one of your user profile folders, such as "Downloads" or "Documents," before extracting it. If that doesn\'t work, the ZIP file may be corrupted or may have strong compression that Windows cannot open.

How do I save a Word, Power Point, excel or Publisher file as pdf?

Οpen your document. Click on file. Choose save as.

In the Pop-Up window choose the folder where you want to save your pdf. Click on the drop-down list that displays the kind of file. From there choose PDF and click save. To open your PDF go to the folder you saved it.

PDF file looks blurry

1.  You probably don\'t have the latest version of Acrobat Reader.  Go to and download the new version.  Install it on your device and try to reopen the file.

2.  If you are a Mac user and your device uses another program to open PDF follow step 1 then choose the  PDF.  Go to file and    choose  open  with.  From there choose “ Acrobat Reader”

A FLIPCHART file is a presentation created with ActivInspire, an educational lesson-planning application. It contains elements of a lesson plan such as arithmetic principles and problem-solving exercises.

Flipcharts may also be saved with the .flp extension

Should you wish to view flipcharts created by other users but you do not have any Promethean software, please download ActivInspire Personal Edition 


Should you wish to display any resources in ActivInspire on non-Promethean hardware, you must have an ActivInspire Professional Edition Licence.



What is a Notebook file?

A Notebook file runs on a SMART Board, an interactive whiteboard brand. 


If you don’t have a SMART Board, you can view notebook files by using a trial version of Notebook, which you can download for free at the SMART Tech site.

What is a pdf file?

PDF  (portable document format) It's a digital file that cannot be modified (unless you have a program like Acrobat DC). You cannot move images or write something extra on the document, but you can easily  share it and print it.  

It is very convenient  when we do not  wish our resources to be changed  and we want to make sure that what the other person downloads on their device looks  the same way as it   does on our device. You may use a font that the other person doesn't have installed on his device.  if you upload your resource in another format like Microsoft Word document or PowerPoint then the font you used will be placed by another  font that the person has on their device. Furthermore,  images my appeared in different spots, especially when the other person has a different version of Microsoft Office.

What is a zip file and how do I create it?

A  zip file is a compressed folder that contains multiple files.  This way you can transfer multiple files at the same time,  which takes less space compared to not being compressed.  If you want to place your files in one folder then the zip file is the best solution.    Also if you believe that your files take up a lot of space,  then it is better to compress them. 

Users can decompress zip files without any special software.

Here is how you can create a zip file on Mac.

Place all the files of the product in one file.

Name the folder.

Select the folder content.  Next,  on the menu bar go to file and choose compress.

This will create a compressed version of your folder. 

On a PC:

Right-click on the folder you wish to compress.

Choose send and then “ compressed folder”.

A  compressed version of your folder will show.  Rename and upload the new version of your product.

On  Windows 10:

Open the folder you wish to compress. On the menu bar choose “share”  and then choose “compress folder”.  Rename and upload the new version of your product.

However,  keep in mind that if you use an older version of Internet Explorer 11 then Ematheon  might not appear  as we expected to appear.  Ιt is better to update your   browser often.
